The clincian did not provide the treatment as requested. I booked for 30min deep tissue massage but she said it is without clinical review. She did the massage but not on the affected area. She later told me that they don’t perform massage on the area requested and that the massage for not therapeutic and affective it was not a clinical review. For a 30min session she provided 15mins of massage. A complete waste of resources and my time.
