I only put a star because it’s required to leave a star rating. I went for my 10AM massage only to be told that they had overbooked and hadn’t updated Treatwell appointments to their system. I found this unacceptable because I had made this appointment a week prior. I was very disappointed as I travelled in for this appointment. I had also booked two other treatments for today as a gift for my friends and I had to disappoint them as well.

I didn't show up. Treatwell/venue did not give the option to choose female masseusse (called after booking and were informed it is a male masseusse). Also no information that I need to bring my own towel "due to covid" - which is ridiculous (other places provide towels). Cancellation policy was 48hrs, so not possible.
