Astrid is a fantastic professional. Very intuitive and connected. It made me feel very comfortable during the whole process and her feedback at the end of the session was spot on. I felt I was in safe hands during the whole process.

Astrid created a calming and friendly environment, with gentle instrumental music playing in the background. She used the right amount of pressure and I left feeling very relaxed :)
I had a lovely relaxing healing time with Astrid and feel rebalanced afterwards, her feedback was accurate and I feel a lot better, will definitely be booking in again.
Cannot recommend more!
