Staff were very polite but I was not told before hand that the salon does not take card. I was then very awkwardly escorted to a cash point. The treatment was overall too rough and I am still in pain two days later.
Truly odd experience: I got there for my appointment and the door was locked with no one at the reception. Had to call a number of someone clearly not working there because she said she would try to reach the beautician. Had to wait good 15 minutes before anyone showed up.
The place itself is very odd: not at all with a salon vibe but, rather, a run down office of the outskirts. Unfortunately I'm not going back there, although the eyebrows threading was pretty good. I'd not trust the place for other services which require higher standard of hygiene.
Not the best thing I've ever experienced. I arrived four minutes late and the door was shut and locked. I called and was told to wait 'one second', 20 minutes later I was let in (they had taken a walk in because of me being late). Not the most relaxing and a little scary having someone that's annoyed do things to your face :/
Sadly wouldn't go again even though the facial was quite a nice experience.
I went for the express manicure as I was dashing out straight from work, but the drier wasn’t working so my nails didn’t dry and smudged as soon as I walked upstairs.. had to go to Superdrug and buy removal wipes! Manicure was great, but it just didn’t dry
