Salon was clean - I was able to get a shellac removal and shellac manicure within an hour. Monica was very professional.

The lady was lovely but unfortunately she was not very experienced and had to get her colleague to come into the room mid wax to take over. I appreciate she was still learning but they were not apologetic and it was not very professional. Their method of putting the wax all over at once terrified me and I was not put at ease when I questioned it. Overall the outcome was ok but the experience was not.

Its not the most glamorous of places but the quality of the shellac pedicure is brilliant. She has some lovely colours, the only thing that could be better was the chair, its bolt upright and you have to lean forward so your feet soak in the foot spa (which always has a bin liner in it! Like I said, not very glam). Would be nice if the chair was a proper pedi chair where you can lean back and soak your feet.
Apart from that, the pedicure itself is great.
