The salon is a little grubby, knocked about, lacks any atmosphere, isn't the same in the pictures and when they take you to the "treatment" room it's down some steep stairs. There only seemed to be two people working and had to lock the door when I went in for my treatment. Wouldn't go back.

Girls, do yourself a favour and don’t get a wax here. I did because it was fairly cheap and conveniently near work. The place was filthy, the lady who did my wax was chewing something smelly the entire time she didn’t even leave the room to let you change. She also used the same stick for the hot wax which is really unhygienic!

Cuticle work was done well, vanish was applied well too. Really happy with the manicure.

Seemed low on staff as didn’t see any workers in the 10 minutes before my appointment. Venue was quiet with little ambience. The lady gave a threading treatment as well as wax which gave a more defined eyebrow shape.
