I did not get a chance to choose between hot wax or strip wax. The technique used implemented both, which I did not appreciate.

This definitely WASN’T a Deep Tissue massage, which is what I really needed as I am a professional dancer + get them often. It was like a soft Swedish.
The massage table didn’t have a face hole in it + subsequently I ended up leaving with a really sore neck, one of the main reasons I was getting a deep tissue massage in the first place, which it wasn’t. I feel like I’ve wasted £45 for no improvement to my muscles + gained a sore neck.
The staff were nice but the premises are pretty run down. Perhaps the other treatments are better but would NOT recommend for massage.

From start to finish the lady was professional and efficient and her attention to detail was great! My natural nail had broken a little so she used gel to repair it and spent time filing it before my shellac.
