I am week three of my manicure and apart from a few minor wear and tear chips my manicure is staying strong. It's by far the best manicure I've ever had. Would highly recommend.

The venue itself really isn’t as pictured - I wouldn’t recognise it at all. It’s all a bit shabby, wallpaper peeling in the treatment room and didn’t seem very clean. This isn’t necessarily a problem but really wasn’t what I was expecting.
The lady who did my eyebrows was very welcoming but things like answering the phone in the middle of the appointment and then tidying round the room whilst I was sat there with my eyes closed made it all a bit uncomfortable and seemed quite unprofessional.
The treatments weren’t bad value, but were relatively poorly executed. I’m quite pleased with my eyebrow shape, but the eyelash tint has left a dark stained smudge around my eye which I was assured would come off at home with makeup remover but has not, I’ll have to use concealer over it for the next couple of days I imagine. I’m sure there will be nothing wrong with what I got done in a couple of days but at the moment it looks a bit sloppy.

The venue was not the same as how it was portrayed in the pictures. The wax took longer and was more painful than usual, I get waxed often and I don’t think this was an adequate wax
