Very quick but terrible waxing. I was burnt by the wax and still have marks on my skin after over a week. Everything was speedy, there is no attention to details, I was left with 2 small patches of hairs and anything that was too short to be waxed with hot wax was just left there. Never had as many ingrown hairs since.
And if that was not enough, I was pressured to go and pay cash at the end of the waxing, which I refused as I didn’t have cash, I was told that because she had been quick I should have enough time for them to come with me and get some cash. Felt extremely wrong!! Definitely not coming back and not recommending.

Extremely disappointing. When I arrived the salon was empty and locked, and nobody came when I knocked the door. I have contacted Treatwell and will be demanding a refund for this booking.
