The therapist was nice and welcoming.
The quality of the foot massage was very average. In multiple occasions, the therapist fingers slide on my leg or feet due to way too much oil. It was not agreeable, if not painful. She also had way too long nails and this hurts.
The saloon was not nice, the bed uncomfortable and when I asked to change the bed inclination, she said she did not know how to.
Way too much light.

Booked a 'spa pedicure', definitely not a spa pedicure experience. Everything looks old which immediately put me off, these days you need to know there is a high standard of care and cleanliness. The water wasn't warm enough so she got a jug of hot water to top it up with and burnt my foot in the process. Although she was apologetic, and despite knowing I paid extra via Treatwell, she still charged extra for removing shellac. I expected no charge as she burnt me. Disappointed & not worth it.

Shetu is amazing! She's very skilled and has an instinct for what the client needs. I've been with her a few times and she knows exactly how to make me feel at ease and comfortable.
In particular I loved her Indian head massage. I found it so soothing! I would highly recommend this.
