Gina, the beautician who took care of me was very knowledgeable and professional, she made me feel comfortable and talked the right amount. The place is in the basement of an internet cafe so not easy to find and not bling at all, but if you want to get the job done this is the place!
Did not even get to have my eyelash extensions done! Got a text at 11.30pm night before when my appointment was at 8.15am! I can understand if the person was ill but receiving a text near enough midnight is not acceptable. Not professional at all. I gave alternative dates I could do and said these were the only dates I could do. So the message I got back was 'she's not available. Get a refund'. Never will recommend or try booking here again awful. Also just got told you'll get your refund asap no dates or estimations.

Very friendly staff, quick and painless wax (one of the best I've ever had), excellent location - a real gem.
