The ambience was very neglected, old and did not look too much as clean. The staff was introvert, looked annoyed and not engaging at all (without any professional uniform). The range of colours available for a normal manicure was suspringlisly poor: not even normal colours as natural pink. Before I finished they introduced another client in my same room and the same person started to work on a pedicure. However the final manicure was overall fine.
