Had a blow dry done by Chloe for a wedding... was so good I came a week later for another blow dry!! Iv had many done in the best.. but Chloe from Northwood Hobs was brilliant!! Rasna
I booked Olaplex at Hob as a standalone treatment. There was so much confusion at the front desk when I arrived; I was greeted with "We no longer use Treatwell". When they finally relented and decided to carry out the treatment, I was made to prove that I had pre-paid (by showing emails to the salon manager). Made to feel like a cross between an inconvenience and a fraud! The treatment itself was great and the stylist, Sarah, couldn't have been better. So thank you to Sarah for saving the experience!

I was so surprised to find out that HOB salon in Northwood didn't have my booking on system. I had to re book a new appointment .
Staff very friendly and welcoming. Aaron was very professional and personalised the service for my specific needs. Was given some free samples of the shampoo and hair mask too.
