The woman who cut my hair was extremely snappy happy and chopped my beautiful long hair so short even though I asked for 2 inches off only!! I showed her a pic to give her an idea of the type of layers i wanted (a lot of chunky layers starting quite short) but i wanted to keep the length. She ended up giving me the haircut in the picture i showed her!!!! Thankfully im not too attached to my hair as it grows back but not happy with not being listened to.

All the staff we're lovely and the salon very clean, safe and tidy. Zeno was amazing who had great customer service skills and did an exceptional job with my blow dry. He gave me the perfect bouncy curls and waves. Will be back again and highly recommend Zeno
