I went in skeptical but came out a VERY happy customer. The staff were polite and were happy to fit me in even though there was an error on the system. I got a balayage done by Giovanni. I can't recommend him enough. He listened to what I wanted and did everything from start to finish with such precision and care. You can tell he loves what he does and that makes a difference. I hardly say this, but I now know I will be returning back here.

The stylist was very friendly and very good at styling my hair. My hair is very thick and straight and I was surprised that the beach waves he done stayed for more than a day!

Carly was wonderful. Only downside was the sheer smokey lack of ventilation in the premises due to Brazilian blow dries. The venue needs better air con as it was rather unpleasant.
Thankfully they have a separate room in the back which afforded better air quality.
