I had a 40 minute waiting time. Haircut was good but very little care for the customer unfortunately.

I had a great experience at HOB. My stylist was really friendly, listened to what I wanted and did a great job on my cut. I will definitely be back!
This was my first visit. There was not a professional welcome to the salon -- the receptionist was on the phone on the sofa instead of at the desk and the junior staff looked lost, then my assigned stylist was not informed of my arrival so I was kept waiting for 15 - 20 minutes. However, the rest of the appointment went well -- the stylist was friendly and checked with me about his ideas for my style and the young assistant was attentive and also communicated well. I will return.
Didn't really listen to what I wanted and went ahead to do their own thing even though I specifically asked for something else.
