I visited HOB salon for a wash, cut and blow dry. The lady who did the cut was very friendly and professional. Although my hair is slightly shorter than what I had originally wanted, the cut is very nice and my hair feels extremely healthy and I love it! Would definitely recommend this salon to a friend.

Adequate blow dry at this salon based on Baker street....bit like a Toni and guy. Staff are friendly erring on the familiar.

While the staff were very pleasant and friendly the salon was not well kept, the bathroom was dirty and there was hair still all over the shelf where I was sat for my haircut. My stylist was lovely but cut my hair far to short, despite me showing her pictures of what I wanted. I’ve now ended up with a bob which take lots of work in the morning to look alright when I wanted to keep my hair shoulder length. The cut has been done well but it’s not what I wanted, and by the time she asked if it was OK it was too late to do anything about it and when she tidied up the ends after drying, it got even shorter. I even had to do my fringe properly myself when I got home. I don’t usually complain in salons and thought I’d get used to it, but after a few days I am really unhappy. Yes it was cheap but if I’d known I would have paid double for a better haircut.
