I booked via Treatwell only for the salon to call me and tell me that stylist doesn't work there and they couldn't fit me in. An hour or so later they called back and said they had moved things around and I could now come in. Sadly when I got there I was left waiting for 40 minutes as my stylist was running late. She was actually lovely and very knowledgable but she didn't really follow the picture I showed her. My hair looks good but isn't the colour that I ask for. She also only did half a head rather than a whole head but gave me a free blow dry and some take-home conditioning treatments to make up for it. Overall, I liked my stylist and felt she did a good job considering and so I have booked in for my next appointment with them.
