My entire experience at HOB was great not just because of the great work done on my hair but ALL of the lovely welcoming staff. I'm going to make this my regular salon and I love my hair done by Emma. My hair was washed so good and was given a lovely head massage nearly fell asleep! cannot for the life of me remember the girl's name sorry! even the receptionists were so lovely and so accommodating along with the other hair stylists who didn't even do my hair. was given great tips about my hair and I know myself I need a cut but don't want to cut my hair at the moment and it wasn't like other salons where they pressure you to cut your hair Emma told me whatever I felt comfortable with instead of going on about how much my hair needed cutting (yes I'm getting it cut soon and I will definitely be booking with Emma!) genuinely made my day today! thank you to everyone at HOB! My hairstylist listened to my concerns: I explained I had greasy roots and dry ends and needed a blow dry that would last all day as I was going to a wedding. He apologised about a 15-minute delay. The blow dry itself was nice and lasted all day but it was not really that 'salon-ey' - I expected a bit more 'wow' factor.
