left with dye all over my forehead. the person that did my hair wanted to use straightners so bad! even though i booked for a blowdry, if i wanted straighteners i could do it myself. he kept on and on and then became very awkward as i wanted a blowdry.
The gentleman who cut my hair was fantastic and very nice to chat to. I was so happy to be booked in last minute (an hour before the appointment), however I turned up to the salon at 12pm and they had no record of my booking! They said they wouldn’t be able to fit me in til later that evening but managed to squeeze me in an hour later thankfully. I believe that this was an issue with Treatwell and not the salon so make sure to ring before your appointment if you’ve booked last minute like me.

Been here quite a few times.. Always a great blow dry, however this time felt very rushed and this was shown in my ghd curls.. Such a shame.. Perhaps just busier than Normal as its Christmas. My 1hr appointment took 30mins..
