No problem with the cut but was ripped off by the salon providing one of their most junior stylists when I had booked the most expensive, then charging me the price for the most expensive. When I asked about the grades I couldn’t get a straight answer and had to rely on their website. When they finally acknowledged having overcharged me they tried to blame it on booking through treatwell (even though I paid in the salon and queried the grades). I think i’ll stick with treatwell but I won’t be using Hob again!
