Brilliant service. Debbie picked up very quickly that I was not only unhappy with a string of previous haircuts but that I was also probably bored with my hair in general, too. She was very attentive, she listened to everything I said, she checked on my thoughts numerous times throughout the haircut. Loved the hair - honestly the best service and the best cut I've had since I moved to London. I felt listened to, rather than a just 'another day, another customer' or that they needed to finish fast for a customer after me, as I've felt in so many other places. Every staff member I encountered (hair washing, reception) were super friendly and welcoming. I will 100% be coming back here.
