My actual haircut was good, as was my blow dry. The stylist was lovely but it’s obvious the staff are under a lot of pressure to sell extra services and rebook you for follow up appointments and different treatments in the future. It actually made me feel quite uncomfortable, I couldn’t wait to get out of there in the end. I only got out of it because the phone rang. Quite literally saved by the bell. I won’t return.
