The staff was super-friendly and the customers seemed satisfied. I've never done a hair consulting before but this was about promoting professional products such as shampoos, masks etc. Since I visited the salon from a bit further I think that it was not worth it. I could have answered the questions they asked me for the app online without having to go there.

Delighted with my wonderful haircut! Rok was knowledgable and made me feel comfortable straight away, talking me through options for my hair. All the staff looked after me so well providing coffee, biscuits and magazines. Rok paid so much attention to my haircut and I'm really happy with the outcome.

Really lovely highlights but I was the last customer in the salon and felt like I was being rushed out. No time was taken over hair wash and blow dry, it felt like they just wanted to get me out of the door which isn't what you want when you're paying lots of money to get your hair done!
