Lovely hairdresser and I'm very happy with how he did my hair, it did take an extremely long time though and the salon kept losing music as they were playing it through a phone and sometimes the phone would ring, this detracted from the environment quite a lot. I was also made to sit in very uncomfortable positions for a long time which made me feel like the hairdresser hadn't spent long working on real people as opposed to a dummy head

I visited the salon late morning on Sunday. The lady at reception was very courteous and the salon clean and pleasant. I had a haircut from Rok and i was very impressed by both his excellent customer service skills and by his attention to detail - from taking the time to understand what i wanted, how my hair behaves when left to dry naturally to constantly checking the length and shape during cutting. Rok gave me a precise haircut styled perfectly which is difficult to achieve given my curly frizzy hair... Very pleased about the whole experience and especially my haircut, so i'll come back.
