I ended up paying for a very expensive blow dry which I didn't realise was going to cost me. The experience was great and the result wonderful but you have to ask at every step if something is going to cost more.

Nice treatment but too the salon was too busy. For a toning I had 3 different people trying to help and sort out my appointment
Emma, Nellie and Bea were an absolute dream team! Emma made sure to know exactly what I wanted and planned how we were going to get there. She was so personable and friendly, just lovely to chat to! Nellie did an amazing job with my toner and olaplex, I couldn't believe she hasn't finished her apprenticeship yet?! So professional! And Bea gave me the best haircut I've had in London, I wish she was there to do my blow dry every morning! Such an amazing salon experience, won't be going anywhere else again.
