Charlotte is lovely, friendly and very welcoming.
The appointment was for 30mins, but I was out in under 20mins.
Charlotte uses mainly hot wax and tidies up with strip wax, making it a very quick process and less painful than expected.
She did a great job and results lasted at least 2 weeks, with only 50% of the hair growing back after 3 weeks!
I would definitely recommend and will be returning.
Also, free parking outside the shop is a bonus.
