Normally I’m very happy with my lashes but something clearly went wrong this time. After a few days clumps were falling out and when I finally got through to someone they were unable to fix the problem for a further week as they were fully booked. My lashes now look ridiculous and I’ll no longer get my lashes done here and it’s clearly not good value for money and they don’t care when it goes wrong.

I was expecting the salon and staff to be nice based on reviews but I was still blown away. Shy and her colleague made me feel welcome and relaxed in their pretty and clean salon and the treatment was a breeze thanks to Shy's confident proficiency and her super friendly attitude. She did a really thorough and great job.
I can't recommend this lovely team enough and I hope to be back soon.

Overall she did a good job as i used to feel super sensitive but then i fell asleep for few times when she made it so it was super comfy. However, she didnt ask me in deep about what effect i want and didnt consider my asian eyes are different with european’s. She ended up made an effect too exaggerated and i cant accept. She tried to trim a bit for me but then I still cant accept and i went to another store, paid extra to remove and made it again.
