I booked a 75 min massage but only received approx 50 mins of massage time. I arrived at 4:45, it started at 5 and was finished by 5:50. I raised that I was disappointed as it was meant to be 75 mins and Noreen checked the booking, and then said she left 5 minutes (was actually 10 minutes) at the end for dressing and that I’d got a “deal” anyways. I get massages often and fully expect 5-10 minutes of the treatment time to be for undressing/dressing & consultation, but 25 minutes is ridiculous!

The salon looked a bit worn and not welcoming. Dixie was great but the bed was very uncomfortable and constantly creaked and moved so it was impossible to relax.
