Was a lovely salon.. the manager (think was managers) came in half way through was really bubbly and chatty. The lady doing my lashes was very quiet didn’t speak at all through my treatment and when finished said about two words to me jus to keep them dry. I’m not someone to complain so didn’t wanna say much lashes look lovely jus abit more fuller on one eye but I’m guessing the girl is training.

Was phoned 20mins before my appointment when I was basically outside saying the technician has gone home- understandable thing happen however I haven’t been offered a new appointment. I need it to be done this week.
