Very disappointing experience. Marta doesn’t speak English AT ALL, so a receptionist had to translate between English and Portuguese, making it frustrating to explain how I wanted my hair cut. I was also charged extra for long hair because the service was meant to take 2 hours, but I was finished in just 50 minutes. So I don't feel the additional charge was justified. Finally, the hygiene standards were poor, with brushes full of hair from previous clients.

I had a wonderful experience with Ana at HM Beaute. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and paid great attention to every detail. I absolutely love my nails! The salon itself is beautiful, very clean, elegant, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well looked after. I highly recommend Ana to anyone looking for a talented manicure and excellent service. I will definitely be coming back!
