He was just too rough with my hair. I have fine hair and needed more delicate handling. He want yanking at the knots and then complained that my hair was too fine.

The salon was clean and airy and staff very friendly as always. Was looked after exceptionally well with the heat outside and offered drinks. Time and patience wax taken and talked through all was being done. Very pleased with the final result. Would go again.
