It was a decent haircut. I tried a new place and they did a good job, so no complaints. The staff were extremely courteous and polite, offered coffee, and communicated very clearly.

Although they were busy someone was immediately there to check me in and ask me to wait, and I didn't have to wait too long to get my haircut. The barber, Tebo, took great care of me and understood what I wanted. My hair had a lot of knots but he was patient in dealing with them and I didn't hear a single complaint though I know from experience how annoying they can be. Even mid haircut someone was sweeping up to keep the area clean. All in all really happy and I'll be back.
