My 12 year old was thrilled with her hair cut (not sure why it says colour). The blow dry and styling was above and beyond our expectations for a kids hair cut. Only down side was her very jealous little sister who is now booked to come too!

He was just too rough with my hair. I have fine hair and needed more delicate handling. He want yanking at the knots and then complained that my hair was too fine.
