I really enjoyed my haircut and thought the service was very good. Unfortunately, this was all marred by the fact I was made very uncomfortable after leaving my appointment. My stylist Hakan, looked up my personal number to message me on WhatsApp. He asked if I left a hair bobble behind, which was not mine and I wouldn’t need to come pick it up even if it. He then proceeded to try and make small talk with me. This is a violation of my privacy and this should not be allowed

I went for haircut and for colouring my roots. The haircut was fantastic as always. With the colour I had a problem which I realised it going back home. I had highlights and they didn’t pay too much attention to these, especially to the hair at the back. The front hair was not that bad, I still had highlights even though they moved them to the ends, but in the back hair the highlights almost disappeared. I showed my head darker at the blow dry but I didn’t realised the problem at the back.

First time customer. Had one of the best haircuts ever, definitely the best at this price point. Marcus took time to figure out my hair growth pattern and cut it accordingly. Early days, but already seems to fall into place better. Will definitely be back.
