Booked a re-style as wanted help and advice with my hair as growing it out, I think there was a bit of a language barrier as he didn't really offer any advice or understand what I was saying, he was asking how much to cut and measured quite a bit of hair even though I asked for it to stay long and asked him to lessen the cut length, then he asked me how much length to cut off on my long ponytail, I said around an inch to get rid of the split ends, and he ends up cutting 1/4 of the length.
