Nadia did give me a very good cut but what would have been helpful would have been a discussion before starting about how I usually style my hair and what I was looking for. When the styling was finished I didn't feel it was 'me' and it has taken a bit of getting used to - although everyone says it is lovely! So top notch cut but having a quick chat about how the customer usually styles their hair etc would have been really helpful. Maybe using some pics of hairstyle as examples would help?
