Nick did great job with my hair. It was my first time at this salon as my regular hairdresser has moved to Acton so I was a little hesitant, but Nick did a great job with my hair and made me feel welcome. Great service.

I arrived and the lady at reception was the beautician. She did not wash her hands before beginning my treatment despite touching the phone, till etc. I confirmed three times face thread only, but when I closed my eyes to begin she put hot wax on both my cheeks. I said no more wax but she continued to wax anyway.
She did thread around my mouth but has missed hairs. My skin is sensitive and still stings hours later from the wax. She also charged me double what I was meant to pay
