I was a new customer and miscommunication meant I ended up with hair 3 inches shorter than I expected (on the reference the hair was very long not mid length) uneven and I am worried it won't look good after the blow dry is washed away.
It would have been nice to have been asked how I wear my hair and what I need it for instead of going straight to cutting what the stylist knew they could cut. I am not a fan of the end result and it could have been avoided if they took time to get to know me.
