Second time at HK now, it's so nice to know your haircut is paid online before you even arrive so there's no fuss. I didn't have Nick the first time, but he was lovely, attentive and stopped to ask questions and make suggestions, all for a simple haircut so it was pretty lush to be fair! Nice guy, looked after me :)
