Lisa was amazing and can't fault her at all, super friendly and sweet. But the facial I expected a lot more for the price, it was advertised as a deep cleansing facial with extractions so I was expecting tools etc but the extraction element just involved a few squeezes of some spots after steaming. The deep cleansing element was fine but we were in a dark room and I felt that didn't help really look at my skin and where my problem areas were/targetting the treatment :(
