The lady doing my massage stopped 3 times to answer the reception phone, leaving me waiting (she kept breaking off the treatment), she then returned to the treatment room and made a call on loud speaker on her mobile as her masseur was late. The masseur then turned up and the 2 ladies had a chat while I again waited for my treatment to resume. They left the door open while doing this, I was partially clothed and a man arrived to have another treatment during this time. It was appalling. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I tried to book a facial via treatwell (this is what I really wanted having been given a £25 gift voucher by a friend), but when I tried to book several facials locally, your system said "sorry this is no longer available". All in all not impressed with either Treatwell, or with His and Her Wellbeing.
