Due to fire in Spa we didn't have treatments or use of facilities which was a shame. The rest of the package was fantastic, food was excellent, room spacious and spotless and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
The Hilton provided excellent facilities and treatments, the staff went above the call of duty to make our stay on of the best I've experienced
Overall I would say it was okay.
The hotel is nice, however once I got into my room, there was still rubbish left on the table. The bed was quite unleveled and squeeky.
The staff are so friendly and helpful.
The spa facilities were a bit of a let down. Gym was basically a room with two tredmills, 3 bikes and a all in one resistance machine.
Sauna was average. Steam room was a bit dirty to me.
Massage was so lovely!
The restuarant was nice, great service. Starter and desert was nice. Didnt like the steaks as my main.
Overall, it was okay. Expected more from the Hiltons.

It was a disaster from the beginning but it eventually got better.
Upon arrival, we were unable to check in. Our email said check in at 2pm, we got there and the hotel said 3pm instead. We explained to them we had travelled from London (very long journey) to get here for 2pm based on the email confirmation but they still didn't accommodate us. To make things worse, our room was not even ready at 3pm!!! The dinner (Singapore rice) at the restaurant was horrendous so we had to pay for a taxi to the city to grab a meal. But a gentleman by the name of Tom was AMAZING!! He did all he can to make us happy and we really appreciated his excellent customer service. Thanks Tom
