Booked for best friend’s birthday. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was ready for 15:00 so was able to drop our cases off and go to the spa for our treatments. Standard room with Pamper Package was basic but clean. Bed was comfortable.
Would have given overal experience a 5/5, however took me 2 days to get in contact with the spa to reserve our treatments and needed to reserve before we arrive.
Restaurant staff were friendly and polite. Menu was lovely and reasonable priced.
Lots of choice at breakfast buffet and staff regularly topped up the food and juice dispensers were refilled.
Would recommend staying at this hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful, great customer service. room was lovely, bed very spacious and comfortable. Massage amazing. Breakfast amazing, so many options. For dinner I had the salmon, Was cooked to perfection but a bit too pricey as was the whole dinner menu. Would be good if there was more option for dinner. Was a bit disappointed that the salmon only came with veg and nothing else. We had no robes which should’ve been provided but that wasn’t a big deal for us, I’m sure they would’ve bought some up if I’d asked. Overall very satisfied and I would recommend.
