Using only the finest organic, hand-made, cruelty free products including Green People, your skin will be replenished with good nutrients that every day life takes out for all your body treatments. Hillmotts also uses the sumptuous Jessica products for its Manicure and Pedicure Treatments.
If you're keen to get your mind and body into shape, Hillmotts offers a wide range of Weight Loss Fitness Programmes together with nutritional advice for men, women and children that are easy to continue with long after you have finished your retreat.
Hillmotts focuses on individuals and the lifestyle changes that person wants to make and devises a programme based around their abilities and desires. So whether you want a gentle introduction or a military style boot-camp, Hillmotts can accommodate! The common theme however is that all the programmes will teach new ways of eating, living and caring for your body in a sensible and moderate way that will endure in the long term.
You can attend regular weekly classes such as Zumba, Yoga and many more! Or a taster of either a 2 Hour, Half Day and Full Day session, before booking onto one of the retreats. The residential weight loss and fitness programme takes place weekly with a choice of 2-7 day packages. The programme can also be attended on a non-residential basis.
You will also find yoga, meditation and Reiki on offer giving you the chance to rebalance relaxation with fitness regimes and classes dedicated to helping individuals accomplish weight loss and fitness goals.
