I have been going here for some years and am constantly feeding back that I'd like more bright colours for dipping powder as it would be nice to have some new colours to choose for my monthly treatment.

I’ve been coming here for ages with no issues, but this visit was awful. I asked for my usual long stiletto nails and made it clear, but the tech gave me short square ones instead. He barely listened, just chatted with his coworkers the whole time, then mocked me to them. I had somewhere to be after, so no time to fix it. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. Left feeling humiliated and upset.
