Waited ages despite having an appointment, the salon was extremely busy and others with appointments had to wait also. This has happened a few times recently and I have been coming here for years so it’s disappointing to see that it may be a trend. Polish had chipped within hours on several fingers. When it’s good, it’s good here, but service and quality seem to be variable these days.
