The removal of the acrylic nails was a bit rough and damaged some of my nails however the new acrylics were very good quality, and geat shape. The communication between staff and customer needs to improve but the actual place was really clean and looked amazing. Overall I had a good experience.

The guy doing the infill was very skilled, rapid, clean and efficient.
Felt like performing a race against time, keeping his schedule stuck to the available slot and checking his watch constantly.
Something that depends on each individual is either we prefer the treatment/therapist to be fast and distant or talkative and friendly.
I am for the second. Should be a relaxing and pleasant moment.
Nails were perfect and lasted for long. They felt very hard and though, quite natural and not thick.
