I was really disappointed. After 4 successful visits this is the first I've been unhappy with. I needed a gel removal, which apparently I hadn't booked through treatwell, so they added that to my booking at £5. I questioned the fact it said £3 on the wall, and she said because treatwell charge a commission (for a treatment that wasn't booked with them? Odd!). I asked for a cat eye polish, extra £10, a bit steep but ok. They only did one coat and now it looks awful just a week later. Not happy!
