Customer service was really bad. It was my first visit at a nail salon and they didn't communicate at all to me what's happening. I was left alone sitting and waiting to dry my nails without saying if they would come back and check them. Also they started to clean the salon, e.g. vacuum cleaning, while I was waiting for my nails to dry because I was there last customer and they wanted to go home. Unacceptable! Further, my nails weren't done properly. The polish hasn't been applied consistently.
